hbajae Terms and Conditions
Please read these rules carefully before using the hbajae platform — this is a legally binding agreement between you and us.
Section 1 — Introduction and Eligibility
1.1 Nature of the Agreement
These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between hbajae ("Platform", "we", "us") and any user of the platform ("User", "you"). By accessing hbajae.cam, registering an account, or using any service, you unconditionally agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform. hbajae reserves the right to amend these Terms, and any changes will take effect from the date they are published on the site.
1.2 Eligibility Requirements
To use hbajae's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- You must be at least 21 years of age (for those aged 21 and above only).
- You must have a valid bank or mobile banking account registered in your own name.
- You are using this platform voluntarily and of your own free will.
- You are not currently enrolled in a self-exclusion program.
- You are not subject to any authority where online gaming is completely prohibited.
1.3 Protection of Minors
hbajae is firmly committed to protecting minors from gambling. No person under the age of 21 will be permitted to use our services. If any user opens an account using false information, that account will be closed immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited.
Section 2 — Account Registration and Management
2.1 Opening an Account
Each user may open only one account. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information may result in account suspension or termination and any pending winnings may be forfeited.
2.2 Password and Security
It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account login details confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account. Please notify our support team immediately of any unauthorized access.
2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
hbajae may request identity verification at any time. A copy of your national ID or passport and proof of account ownership may be required before withdrawal. Failure to complete verification may delay withdrawal processing.
2.4 Account Closure
You may request closure of your account at any time through our support. hbajae also reserves the right to close an account without prior notice in the event of any policy violation. Any valid balance in the account at the time of closure will be paid out.
Section 3 — Deposits and Withdrawals
3.1 Deposit Rules
The minimum deposit amount at hbajae is ৳100 (Bangladeshi Taka). Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly. Depositing through a third party or from an account registered in another person's name is strictly prohibited.
3.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit and only to a payment account registered in the name of the account holder. Withdrawal processing generally takes 15 minutes to 2 hours, though some cases may require additional time for verification.
- Identity verification may need to be completed before a withdrawal.
- Withdrawals may be held if the wagering requirements of an active bonus have not been met.
- hbajae reserves the right to place a withdrawal on hold in the event of any unusual activity.
- Multiple withdrawal requests on the same day will be processed but in sequence.
3.3 Anti-Money Laundering
hbajae places the highest importance on preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. hbajae reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities of any suspicious financial transactions. Users may only deposit funds on the platform from their own legitimate income.
Section 4 — Bonuses and Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New users will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳3,000. Or depositing ৳6,000 gives the maximum ৳5,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳11,000. The welcome bonus applies once per account.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
A 20x wagering requirement applies to all bonuses. This means the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before it can be withdrawn. Example: to withdraw a ৳2,000 bonus, a total of ৳40,000 must be wagered. Only bets placed on eligible games count toward the wagering calculation.
- Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly.
- Bonuses generally expire 30 days from the date they are issued.
- A maximum bet limit may apply while using a bonus.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
4.3 VIP Program Terms
The hbajae VIP Program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each tier includes a weekly cashback benefit — up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.3% at Silver, 0.5% at Gold, 0.6% at Platinum and 0.8% at Diamond. VIP benefits apply only to eligible active users and hbajae reserves the right to change VIP terms at any time.
4.4 Bonus Abuse
Any attempt to abuse bonuses, manipulate them, or collect bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the relevant account will be permanently closed and all bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.
Section 5 — Gaming Rules and Fair Play
5.1 Game Results
All games on hbajae are operated using an independent and verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG). There is no way to influence any game result and hbajae does not control outcomes.
5.2 Technical Errors
If an abnormal win is displayed due to a technical error, that amount is not valid and will not be paid out. In the case of bets affected by a software or system failure, the bet amount will be refunded.
5.3 Prohibited Activities
- Using bots or automated software.
- Colluding with other players.
- Any attempt to manipulate game results.
- Operating multiple accounts.
- Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
5.4 Dispute Resolution
For any dispute regarding game results or payments, please contact the support team first via live chat or email. Game logs and server records will be treated as the final evidence.
Section 6 — Data Security and Privacy
6.1 Data Protection
hbajae uses SSL encryption technology to keep users' personal and financial information secure. We follow the highest technical standards to ensure a safe and reliable platform. User data is not sold to third parties.

Written permission is required before placing an external link to hbajae.cam. Any false or misleading representation using our brand name or logo is strictly prohibited.
Section 9 — Limitation of Liability
9.1 Service Limitations
The hbajae platform provides services on an "as is" basis. hbajae is not responsible for any loss arising from technical issues, internet connection failures, or third-party software. The platform may be offline temporarily for maintenance in unforeseen circumstances.
9.2 Limitation of Compensation
In any circumstance, hbajae's maximum liability is limited to the actual balance held in the user's account. No claims for indirect, incidental or special damages will be accepted.
Section 10 — Miscellaneous Provisions
10.1 Changes to the Terms
hbajae reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect once published on the site. In the case of significant changes, an effort will be made to notify users by email.
10.2 Language and Interpretation
These Terms are written in Bengali and the Bengali version is the authoritative one. If any clause is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that clause will be removed but the remaining Terms will remain fully in effect.
